Our History |
| Since 1980, the
founders of Sierra InfoNet have specialized in Litigation Support for Attorneys and Insurance Companies. We are licensed Deposition Officers and a licensed Photocopy Service. Our Service Area is the entire state of California. Of course, we can get records from anywhere using our network of cooperating services. We are located in Cypress, California. Our Field Agents scan your records to get beautiful, digital images in full duplex. We Quality Control all documents, and post PDF files in our Electronic File Cabinet. We send you an email with a link to download your records, typically on the day they are scanned. It's a very fast process! In 1996 we began a complete rewrite of our internal computer system. The new system completely integrates our operations, from Order Entry to Document Preparation to Invoices. This system was finally completed in 2006. Sierra is fast. Here is how we do it:
