Although we continually concern ourselves with the pricing of our services and know that criteria is important, we believe there is a broader and more accurate measurement--overall cost effectiveness.
Price comparisons for photocopy services are notoriously difficult to make because of the disparity that exists in pricing structures and billing. However, we believe that Sierra InfoNet offers prices that are competitive with anyone in the industry when the definition of "price" includes an evaluation of the ultimate charges required to fully complete an order.
Some companies may charge more or less for a "basic" or file set up fee, some may charge more or less for "document preparation," and some may charge more or less for the myriad of other individual items that may make up the total amount for completion of an order.
However, price comparisons based on limited samples of typical orders, samples that are not representative of day to day work or which focus on only one type of charge (i.e. the "basic" charge or "trip" charge) do not represent a valid basis for comparison. We encourage our clients to look at a larger picture of price.

Price is More Than the Invoice Shows
We encourage clients to consider that "price" for photocopy services includes not only the total amount of the invoice but the very real costs associated with late orders, poor quality and lack of responsiveness or capability of your vendor--each of those translate to valuable down-time of professionals and results in unproductive waiting. Timely, accurate records reproduction translates into the most efficient use of your resources. We all know these factors translate to the "bottom line" every bit as much as the invoiced amount for an order.
Basis for Fee Schedule
Sierra InfoNet's fee schedules are based on certain assumptions that are important to both you and Sierra InfoNet. Because we work on the premise that your volume of orders dictates the price, we offer our prices on the assumption that such a volume will be consistent over a period of time. We can guarantee prices for a period of one year from the date of acceptance, assuming a satisfactory volume is sustained.
We also structure our prices on the assumption that payments are received in a timely fashion. Our invoices, regardless of billing frequency, are due upon receipt. If we experience significant delay in payment, we also reserve the right to adjust the pricing based upon our payment experience.
Finally, in the event that you request an order that is of very significant size and/or which requires the commitment of extraordinary resources, we reserve the right to request a deposit in advance of records productions.
